BookAppt offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us through the feedback form in the app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Free trial and cancellation
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate BookAppt before paying anything. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
